1. Your statutory rights remain
Our digital artworks come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a replacement file, another remedy or a refund. This policy does not impose a short deadline that removes those rights.
2. When we will help
Please contact us if the supplied file is corrupt, cannot be opened using commonly available compatible software, is materially different from its description, has the wrong artwork or tier, or was not made available after confirmed payment. We may first provide a fresh link or correct replacement where appropriate.
3. Change of mind
Because a digital file can be retained once made available, we do not generally offer change-of-mind refunds after the download has been issued. This does not affect remedies available when a consumer guarantee has not been met or where another legal right applies.
4. How to request help
Email info@princeharry.com.au or use the home-page contact form. Include the purchaser’s name, email address, artwork title, tier and a short description of the problem. Do not send card numbers. We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate the order and assess the issue.
5. Approved refunds
Where a refund is the appropriate remedy, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing time after approval depends on Stripe and the buyer’s financial institution.
6. Enterprise orders
If an Enterprise payment is refunded before the written Copyright Assignment takes effect, no copyright transfers. If an assignment has already been signed, any cancellation or reversal must also address the assigned rights in a written agreement.
