1. Scope
Loop Design (ABN 17 150 776 741), based in Hobart, Tasmania, operates PrinceHarry.com.au and follows the practices described here whether or not it is required to comply with the Privacy Act 1988. Coverage under that Act depends on matters including turnover and statutory exceptions, so the operator’s status must be confirmed before public launch.
2. Information we collect
- Name and email address entered for checkout or an enquiry.
- Order details, selected artwork and tier, payment status and Stripe customer or transaction references.
- Enterprise choices, licence records and secure download information.
- Contributor interest information, including a portfolio link and description voluntarily supplied.
- Basic technical, security and service records produced by hosting and payment providers.
Card information is entered directly with Stripe. We do not store your full card number or card security code.
3. Why we use it
We use personal information to create and fulfil orders, provide downloads, administer licences and Enterprise rights, answer questions, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We aim to collect only information reasonably needed for those purposes.
4. Who receives it
Information may be disclosed to Stripe for payment processing; hosting, storage, security and email providers supporting the service; professional advisers; regulators or authorities where required; and a verified rights holder where needed to administer an agreed commission arrangement. We do not sell customer contact details.
Some providers operate global systems and may process information outside Australia. Their locations can vary. Provider privacy information should be reviewed and any practicable country disclosures completed before public launch.
5. Storage, security and retention
Order records are kept in protected service databases and purchased files in protected object storage. Download links are tokenised and time-limited. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for transactions, licensing, tax, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold, or raise a privacy concern, through the home-page contact form. We will verify the request where necessary and respond within a reasonable period. If the Privacy Act applies and a complaint is not resolved, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
7. Marketing
Checkout details are not automatically enrolled in promotional email. If marketing is introduced, it will use a separate choice and include an unsubscribe method.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
