1. About these terms
These terms are between the buyer and Loop Design (ABN 17 150 776 741), the Hobart, Tasmania operator of PrinceHarry.com.au. By confirming the required acceptance box and completing payment, you agree to the version displayed at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars. Any applicable tax or additional charge will be shown before payment.
2. The artwork and your file
You are purchasing a digital image file at the resolution identified for the selected tier. Suggested print dimensions are guidance only. Perceived quality depends on the printer, paper, viewing distance and any later editing or enlargement.
Your secure download link normally remains available for seven days. Link expiry does not cancel a licence already purchased. Contact us through the website if a valid link needs to be reissued.
3. Small, Medium and Large personal-use licences
These three tiers grant the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to keep the file, display it on personal devices and make prints for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish the clean file for download, use it in advertising or merchandise, mint it as a token, claim authorship, or use it to train or supply a machine-learning dataset. Copyright is not transferred at these tiers. These licences continue if the artwork is later retired following an Enterprise sale.
4. Enterprise — full copyright option
An Enterprise purchase is offered once for an artwork. After cleared payment, the copyright owner will provide a separate written Copyright Assignment identifying the artwork and buyer. Copyright transfer takes effect under that signed document; the download alone is not the assignment.
The buyer chooses one of two outcomes at checkout:
- Retire the artwork: the work is removed from the gallery and no new editions are sold. Existing personal-use licences remain valid.
- Keep lower tiers available: Small, Medium and Large editions may remain for sale. Future proceeds, less the agreed marketplace commission and disclosed transaction adjustments, are payable under a separate rights-holder agreement.
Rights that cannot legally be assigned or waived, including applicable moral rights, are handled only to the extent permitted by law and the signed assignment.
5. Buyer responsibilities
You must provide accurate checkout information, keep your download link private and use the artwork only within the purchased rights. You are responsible for checking whether your intended public, commercial or regulated use requires additional permissions beyond copyright.
6. Payments and delivery
Payment is processed by Stripe. PrinceHarry.com.au does not receive or retain your full card number. An order is fulfilled only after Stripe reports successful payment. We may pause an Enterprise checkout briefly to prevent simultaneous exclusive purchases.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. See the Digital Refund Policy for the practical process.
8. Independent site
This site and its artworks are independent and are not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the Duke of Sussex, members of the Royal Family or their representatives. Purchasing an artwork does not grant rights in any person’s name, image, trade mark, privacy or publicity rights beyond the copyright expressly transferred or licensed.
9. Changes and contact
The terms applying to an order are the version accepted at checkout. We may update future versions without changing rights already purchased. Questions or complaints can be submitted through the contact form on the home page.
