1. Programme status
The contributor programme is not yet open. Registering interest does not submit artwork, create an agency relationship, guarantee acceptance or authorise a sale. Approved contributors will receive a final agreement and commercial schedule before any listing.
2. Contributor promises
A contributor must own or control the rights needed to upload, display and license the artwork; identify any co-authors or third-party material; and ensure the listing is accurate and does not knowingly infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights. Evidence of creation or permissions may be requested.
3. Gallery licence
For an accepted work, the contributor would grant the site a non-exclusive licence to create protected previews, display and promote the listing, process sales and deliver purchased editions. Ownership otherwise remains with the contributor unless an Enterprise transaction is completed under a separate signed Copyright Assignment.
4. Pricing, commission and payouts
The final commission rate, payment-processing treatment, payout timing, minimum payout if any, tax responsibilities and refund adjustments will be stated in a contributor’s commercial schedule before acceptance. No percentage is promised by this draft page.
5. Enterprise sales
A contributor must separately approve Enterprise availability and sign the document required to transfer copyright. The buyer may choose to retire the artwork or keep Small, Medium and Large sales active. If lower tiers remain available, the new rights holder’s commission arrangement replaces the contributor arrangement for future sales unless the signed documents say otherwise.
6. Removal and existing licences
A contributor may request withdrawal of a listing subject to pending orders and any agreed notice period. Removal does not cancel licences already granted to buyers. The site may suspend a work while investigating ownership, legal, safety or payment concerns.
7. Records, refunds and disputes
Contributors must reasonably assist with authenticity, rights and customer-remedy questions. Final terms will explain reserves, chargebacks, refunds, statements and the process for disputing a calculation or decision.
8. Before onboarding
The final agreement with Loop Design must identify the contracting parties, governing law, commission, payout details, tax treatment, notices and signatures. Independent legal and tax advice may be appropriate before accepting it.
